Refund & Return Policy
At Dominion, we take great pride in the quality of our jewellery and we are committed to providing our customers with exceptional service. If you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, please review the following policy to determine if you are eligible for a refund or exchange.
Right to Cancel Order You have 14 days from receipt of your jewellery to inform us that you wish to return it for a full refund. You then have a further 14 days to return the item to us. The item must be unused and sent back in its original condition and in the original packaging. Repayment will be sent to the same bank account that payment was made from within 10 days of receiving the item back. You will be responsible for the cost of posting the return and we suggest you use tracked or signed for post to ensure safe delivery. (Any purchases made between 15th Nov & 24 Dec the initial notification of return period is extended until 7th Jan of the following year)
Jewellery Defect on Arrival If in the unlikely event your piece of jewellery arrives defective you may return it within 31 days of the original purchase date for a full refund. Alternatively, you can choose another item of jewellery up to the same value.
Our Lifetime Guarantee If your jewellery becomes damaged due to wear and tear, you may contact us anytime with a photo of the damage and receive a replacement. We will ask you to return your damaged item first. We cannot replace any items where the damage has been caused by negligence.
Returns Postage Costs You will be responsible for the cost of posting the return item, unless it was defective when received. We suggest you use tracked or signed for post to ensure safe delivery. If you have requested a replacement item we will cover the cost of posting this out to you once, any subsequent replacements will be at your own expense. If your item is defective when received we will cover the cost of you returning it.
