Q. Is your jewellery waterproof and sweatproof?

A. Yes, you can wear it anywhere (swimming, gym, jogging etc.) and it won’t tarnish.

 

Q. Will my jewellery fade over time?

A. No! Give it an occasional clean with a microfibre cloth to remove any daily grime build up, and it will look as good as new.

 

Q. Does your jewellery cause skin conditions or irritation?

A. No. Our jewellery is made from stainless steel and/or titanium and where applicable has a silver or gold plating or PVD finish. None of these materials are linked to skin irritation amongst the general population.

 

Q. Do you offer a guarantee for your jewellery?

A. Yes! All our jewellery has a lifetime guarantee. See our returns policy if you encounter any problems.

 

Q. Can I have my money back if I change my mind?

A. Yes, you can. You have 14 days from receipt of your jewellery to let us know if you want to return it for a full refund. Details of how to process a return can be found here. 

 

Q. Do you ship abroad?

A. Yes, we do, there may be a small charge at checkout.

 

Q. How long does it take to receive my jewellery?

A. UK Next Day Delivery: For orders made before 4pm Mon-Fri and 12pm Sat we will deliver the next day. Sunday and bank-holiday orders will be dispatched the next working day.

For all other UK orders our free delivery window is 2-5 working days.
